Toe Straightening to optimize Toe Packing Pattern
The concept of the Toe Packing Pattern was invented solely by Dr. Keyes. The idea is that not only must the toe length pattern need to be optimized, but also the toes must adopt a gentle convex curve ( ie- with the 3rd toe the highest in the shoe, the 2nd and 4th toes slightly underlapping the 3rd toes, and the 1st and 5th toes slightly underlapping the 2nd and 4th toes.
This pattern allows the foot to most effectively use the interior space of heels and challenging shoes to minimize skin and bone damage. The toe straightening is commonly done in the Podiatry field but the Toe packing pattern as far as I know is not understood nor considered.
Did You Know?
Toe Packing pattern concept is only used by Dr. Keyes. Heels are commonly discouraged by Podiatry professionals so the need for such a concept is contrary to their general advice.
Keyes for Toes Innovation
Have your toes optimized to fit into heels--and other shoes. The idea is that your toes will seat in the proper positions (toe packing pattern) next to each other in the shoe to prevent toe damage.
